Every country and district has its own laws and norms. In tropical places land is commonly rented for blocks of years. Pearl Bliss Homes incorporates these costs in the purchase price where possible so buyers get instant security of tenure - example: we can secure a base land lease of 20-25 years although or we can negotiate longer terms for those who seek them. Typically agreements will include an option for a second term for another 20 years. The terms of land lease will vary from place to place but the principle is usually the same.

We want you to win because when you win, we win. We've thought of everything including proper vehicle access, surrounding amenities and most importantly the quality, style and build integrity of your home.

Were it to be built in a tropical environment in the Asia Pacific, The Pearl Bliss 'Uro' 2 bedroom can be as little as US$250,000 and current options reach i.r.o. US$400,000 depending on land prices and general costs in the chosen locality. Check the Living, Innovation and Design pages for the various options, but please consider that most of these will be for the pre design stages because once a house is made, retrofitting enhanced and exotic options to our high standards is more costly. Please note when doing business with Pearl Bliss Homes there are no hidden costs, there is no stamp duty, eco penalties etcetera unless legally required by the country, what you see is what you get, and what we agree to will be met in full terms and with honour. Please note that local taxes vary from country to country.

You may also have design requirements of your own such as storage, garage, a water feature or a Gazebo etcetera - contact us to negotiate scope, opportunities and costs, and again the same applies -the best economics for these are at the design stage.
