Weather Control Part II: [not for neuro-typicals]

The 'instigators pf calamity' invent little and labour less: they've got worker bees, designer drones, intellectuals and engineers to do real work. Climate scientists, governments, and corporations engage in weather manipulation because the short term gains are significant, and some are driven by extremist ideologies such as eugenics. Insatiable idiot-savants like Bill Gates came up with the Stratospheric Controlled Perturbation Experiment (SCoPEx) that purport a sun-reflecting aerosol to offset 'the effects of global warming', as the Forbes article cited here comments, "what could possibly go wrong".

Fortunately that particular project was shelved but worry not, there are plenty if others.

If a visitor from another planet surveyed the injustices and atrocities being directed by a tiny group of incompetent's through an extensive multi-tiered chain of command, a few million at best, victimising a few billion - would they not send us all to that great mental asylum in the sky?

Who Can Stop Them? The Role of Regulation and Public Awareness

Weather control, particularly climate manipulation should not be subject to regulatory oversight it should be stopped outright. Currently, there exists a fragmented landscape of regulations at various levels, from international agreements to national policies and local governance structures. While some countries have implemented frameworks to oversee weather modification practices, many others lack comprehensive regulations, collectively all of these convoluted policy boondoggles represent the usual fig leaf's, distractions and mental corralling that the corpora-state so love to deploy. Like the favoured Delphi technique, they set up consultation groups in communities. When the communities voice concerns they are suddenly advised that their issue is not on the agenda but as a consolation prize are directed to one their predetermined agenda groups.

Internationally, agreements like the Environmental Modification Convention prohibit the military or hostile use of geophysical and meteorological phenomena but do not discuss black-ops and black budgets that drive these covert toxic acts and in any case lack enforcement mechanisms if they did.

Public awareness and activism could regulate the ethics of weather manipulation but they'd have be aware of the facts which the mainstream media religiously conceal. The stakeholder clause is always evoked in discussion, negating more than half the worlds population and the increasingly large workless class that they have purposely created.

They use the unpredictability clause to emphasise that unpredictability itself is totally unpredictable. This may appear odd, amusing and even anomalous but I think not. The scientific paradigm that transformed the post agricultural world into the industrial revolution relied on predictability - that is the basis of science, or rather it was, and the controlling class are, and always have been, obsessed with predictability because without it control is not possible. 

The Children of the Black-Sun: Background

Being aware of systemic dysfunction and the religious zeal with which the predator elites pursue all and every means to bring harm and chaos to humanity is for most of us the most bitter pill imaginable, and thus many rabbit-hole or miss-attribute it - it's much easier that way. There is an impermeable psychological wall that those studying engineered catastrophe have to encounter: why would anyone act in ways that also harms themselves, their families and friends? This brick wall has persuaded many that despite the abundance of evidence it is too absurd to believe that the power brokers would self-sabotage - there must be another explanation, or could it be just down to human oversight and error?

Those who turn to religion usually polarise the perpetrators as evil and a whole mythos and philosophy springs up around the binary good v evil paradigm. The problem with this is that most then resort to the Abrahamic back-story with variations in emphases and nuance to accord with their knowledge, character and sophistication which is in itself part of the ideological trap endemic to that belief system. Literalism is a dangerous thing; subtlety of language, the kaleidoscope of imagination and the power of interpretation are there for a reason. There is much research ahead for those who seek to disentangle the Gnostic and antediluvian sources, fragmented as they are, spanning the whole of Asia and beyond to get a good grip on the subject, however, the basic principles become evident if viewed through a critical lens. 

When these ancient ideas that promise mastery over their life and the environment secreted through military and mystical cults and sects seeped into the 'West' during the Crusades the 'discovery' posed a dilemma encapsulated in Marlowe's Faust and other morality tales. The promise of absolute power meant extreme anti-moral behaviour. The general notion is that a superior intelligence (one of many - Elohim is plural, God's), created humanity to serve 'him' and deprived us from our true destiny which was also god-hood. However, to be able to function (realise-create, our desires), in the true reality, it demands transcending the emotional, empathic human condition. Once the emotions are controlled (negated), the mind is brought under control, the senses heightened - consciousness evolves. Other worlds and intelligences then become accessible and the true journey of autonomy from human failing and frailty can begin. 

Starting with autonomy, it's not difficult to understand why people want to act free of influences. In fact there's good ground to believe that sophisticated, self-aware and rationally inclined people demand autonomy. Its absence denies us human agency and negates freedom, intelligence, morality and merit. If there's no autonomy human's are no more than badly-behaved robots, or mischievous puppets, choose your metaphor. 

Combine high intelligence with psychopathic tendencies and you have that 1% or so that make up the power elite, the apex predators that manipulate, betray and exploit others in order to be top dog and yet feel no regret. In past days these were the landed gentry, the blue-bloods, the kings and warlords. The class has transmogrified and adapted somewhat with the times and trends but the same neuro-types have risen to the top; the Golden Billion.

Did I say intelli-gent?

OK, part intelligent maybe but predominantly they are intellectual. Intellectual refers to processing power, not analytical capacity and the ability to see and follow through with the interconnections between things. 

Furthermore, this class is largely isolated from travail, opposition, toil, problem solving - reality. they have teams and think-tanks, whole complexes that dominate and deal with medicine, military, policy, education, law etcetera, leaving them free to pursue absolute power. They do not have the same narratives of the lower classes whom they regard as uncivilised and undeserving - it is theirs to steer the ship of fate and direct humanity according to their wisdom. 

Living a gilded existence, off our backs of course, does not make for high functioning consciousness or intelligence - the financial  elite rely on builders, creators, designers, scientists and inventors to advise them on how to achieve their goals. Enter (their idea of) the cognitive elite, Michio Kaku, Gordon Peterson, Sam Harris, Tony Fauci, Sergey Brin, Zuckerberg, Musk, Kurzweil, Harari and the like.  

Aside from Kaku, most of these are intellectuals and lack anything resembling a fully rounded intelligence, but they do have a good sales pitch. Think the Covid debacle/Bioweapons, the A.I. singularity, Neuro-link, the idea of loading consciousness into machines making the rich immortal and geo-engineering for absolute weather control.  

Predictive Programming or Fractal Fallout?

A simple statement of fact is that things are generally predictable within a particular range and set of conditions. If the condition and/or range alters predictability is not assured.

Being of limited smarts myself, my brain often works on a need-to-know basis but, limitations withstanding, I'd like to share a few insights on how control models work - or rather, how they don't always work consistently.

Another aspect of predictability relates to chaos theory. If we take a single line and it bifurcates we have 2 variables. Dividing those 2 lines again will give a variable of 4. Once again and we reach Period 3 which has 8 variables, and this can continue ad infinitum. Computing power can, based on relevant information, predict the outcome up to a certain Period depending on its processing capacity and the relevance of the related datum. Accurate predictions therefore depend on computing power and quality of the datum. To throw a spanner in the works the mathematician, Lorenz, discovered that weather patterns become unpredictable with even miniscule changes within its field pattern. Mandelbrot exploited these small scale, 'fractal' changes that though appearing to produce identical patterns at first glance, when up scaled reveal unique differences. Symmetry, and predictability in time and space are rare if they exist at all, even though it looks like they do.

If correct this suggests that playing with weather systems - geo-engineering, will likely yield unpredictable results, some catastrophic, if they haven't already. So to iterate - why would the power brokers deploy this dangerous instrument of chaos?

By using the tool of science we can predict the likelihood of an event or phenomenon in the majority of situations on the material level, but that's as far as it goes and that's served science well for centuries. In the margins, however, the hidden element of chaos which they also sought to master, just kept on becoming more relevant the deeper they looked. This has culminated in whole new branches of science: non-locality, non-linearity, quantum entanglement and so on.

Abysmal Nihilism, a Price Worth Paying?

No-one can predict the future in detail - far less at this particular tumultuous time in history. As the systems and thinking behind the old world is crumbles, the variables, contradictions and complexities rack up at a rate of knots. Chaos within chaos. And yet the credo of the quasi mystical power elite remains, 'Ordo Ab Kao', order out of chaos.

Does this creative destruction which leads to the chaos out of which order will be formed include the weaponisation of weather?

According to high functioning thinkers like Robert Kennedy Junior, now head of US Health and Human Services and Dane Wiginton, head of Geo-engineering Watch, it does. Weather manipulation, however, is one arrow in their apocalyptic quiver. They are using food, farming, medicine, law, finance, education, energy, transport and every other aspect of human experience over which they exert control diminishing the quality of life to the point of decay and in many cases, fatality. 

There are symbols, processes and belief systems that facilitate the controlled demolition of human society; a terrestrial siege of chaos, disaster and attrition toward the real singularity sought by this small unhinged contingent. The self evident truth to those paying attention is if "...the geek, and their masters do not inherit the earth" they will inherit an even greater place - a place where light does not radiate outward but toward the centre of a Black Sun. You can see pictograms of this in ancient manuscripts and stone carvings. If you've seen the Ukrainian 'special' national socialist battalions and their increasingly popular community pagan rituals you'll see these images. Related effigies of their death cult deities are worshipped to create fearlessness and to celebrate death, power and violence over others.

The rituals, outlandish to many, are believed to secure control and monopoly and lead to total power. Most of us can only imagine these things in a cartoonish way. We regard such notions as unreal, and quite ridiculous - however, the language of control is very real to the power obsessed. Imagine that these tendencies, over a lifetime, go unchecked and instead are cultivated. Are these the politicians that find it impossible to give a straight answer, who pawn their whole nation for luxury and privilege? Imagine power elites and their minions massaged and acculturated into a system that's perpetually rigged in their favour and what that might do to someone's ego and psyche? 

Imagine if outrageous acts remorselessly perpetrated upon the innocent were regarded as a gateway to knowledge and power? Documents and practices exist along these lines in every culture across our planet - I knew at least 2 people that were well established in these arts, one was due for a knighthood. What they colluded in behind closed doors has affected many families and will do for generations, such was the cruelty and intransigence shown toward their victims. One perp disappeared whilst on bail, and the prospective knight was never seen again, Think then about the aforementioned Covid fiasco and the gaming out of it on the internet called Event 201 that preceded it. How many died as a consequence of taking a concoction that they did not need, how many are dying and debilitated and how many were brought to book? For this strange breed, fomenting tragedy is as tempting and as easy as taking candy from a baby. 

Controlling one's emotions is the name of the game. Better still running on cold intellect and gutting oneself of empathy until absorbed if not possessed by the instrument of absolute power is the transformation they seek. Since we have few answers in the current 'climate', the field of human experience that although in some or other way is forged and tempered by the action and inaction of the many - the sufficiently aware amongst us tread water in a tidal-wave of disconcerting questions. How is it, for example, that millions in Borell's garden-paradise, the Anglo-American axis, can vote for or against something and be completely ignored time and again? How is it that the majority in our vaunted democracies elect a representative but some unknown Goldman Sachs banker or feckless bumbler who can't count, lacks geography, history or courtesy is installed against the popular vote? How is it that trillions of Euro's are wasted in life destroying weapons, wars and coups when millions of workers suffer from poverty, poor health, death and taxes? Since the Wests populations is below self-sustainability why is it that every measure from chemical poisoning to euthanasia is promoted whilst gender dysphoria, dysfunctional families and single celibacy life has media ascendancy?

This blog has been a lightning tour of numerous diverse subjects, but necessarily so. The core theme concerns the politics and practises behind weather manipulation but is equally emblematic of any number of manufactured crises, you know, 'problem, reaction- solution'. Since before Rachel Carson's 'Silent Spring', (1962),  which led to the development of the Environmental Protection Agency in the USA, our fearless leaders had realised that the environment could be used to control and direct human destiny. Time has proven them right up till now, no less because too many of us passively consume whatever fantastical nonsense they spew out. The argument, like our fate, has become worryingly inward and circular as warned about in 1970 by famous environmental cartoonist, Walt Kelly: 

“We have met the enemy and he is us”.

If the reader sees this script as moralising, they would be missing the point. Pearl Bliss, these articles and the disposition of everyday people across the globe is primarily concerned with rationality, intelligence and things that actually work, y'know, good design. A lot of things follow from the desires and thoughts surrounding the subject, and we're tracking that trail as if our life depended on it - and sharing it with the curious, which might be you if you're still here with us.

Citizens can advocate for transparency in weather-related initiatives, urging governments to implement public consultations fostering open dialogue about ethical considerations but the system is engineered to negate the will of the people as a matter of course.

By harnessing social media platforms, we can raise awareness and mobilise support around the need for accountability in weather modification. Although not hopeless it's important to know that, as yet, mechanisms and allies are thin on the ground.
